November 2023 Student of the Month: Isla B. (Piano)
It was a new Piano Student who won the coveted title of Student of the Month this month!
Isla has only been coming for Piano Lessons since September, but she’s really been impressing her Teacher – not just with the work done in her lessons, but her practice at home, too!
Isla makes full use of the Student Portal to log her daily practice, which means her Teacher Mark can see exactly what she’s been up to inbetween lessons!
Mark put forward Isla’s name for this month’s award, saying:
“Isla is making fantastic progress And I can always see how much practice she’s done through the week because she logs onto My Music Staff.”

Each month, every Teacher nominates a Student for the Sweet Symphony Student of the Month award. These nominations are then reviewed and an overall winner chosen.
Remember: you don’t have to be the most advanced player or playing the trickiest piece to be in with a chance of being nominated. Your Teacher is looking for perseverance, determination, patience and hard-work! Everyone has an equal chance of being nominated.
