April 2023 Student of the Month: Scarlett S. (Singing)
Well done to Scarlett, who won the award for our April Student of the Month!
Scarlett has been coming to Sweet Symphony for Guitar Lessons since 2021, and is making excellent progress. It was her composition skills, in particular, which caught the attention of her Guitar Teacher John, who nominated Scarlett for the award, saying:
“Scarlett has put lots of effort into her own compositions and song-writing. She’s also created an amazing original song!”
Well done, Scarlett! Composition is a great skill to have, and it’s lovely to hear you’re putting it to good use and writing your own music!
Each month, every Teacher nominates a Student for the Sweet Symphony Student of the Month award. These nominations are then reviewed and an overall winner chosen.
Remember: you don’t have to be the most advanced player or playing the trickiest piece to be in with a chance of being nominated. Your Teacher is looking for perseverance, determination, patience and hard-work! Everyone has an equal chance of being nominated.
