January 2023 Student of the Month: Gabriel T. (Violin)
Can we get a big Whooop for Gabriel, who is the first winner of 2023 for our Student of the Month award!
Gabriel comes along with his 3 siblings and together they learn a variety of instruments! Gabriel takes Violin Lessons with his sister, and it was his Violin Teacher Lucy who put forward Gabriel’s name.
Lucy nominated Gabriel for this month’s award, saying:
“The progress Gabriel has made so far this year is brilliant. He’s taken onboard all of my advice and seems to be really enjoying his exam pieces.”
Fantastic comments, Gabriel! It’s lovely to see Students enjoying the pieces they play – that is the whole point, after all!
Each month, every Teacher nominates a Student for the Sweet Symphony Student of the Month award. These nominations are then reviewed and an overall winner chosen.
Remember: you don’t have to be the most advanced player or playing the trickiest piece to be in with a chance of being nominated. Your Teacher is looking for perseverance, determination, patience and hard-work! Everyone has an equal chance of being nominated.
