Entering for a music exam is by no means a compulsory part of learning to play a musical instrument. Many students like to play solely for their own pleasure. However, exams can provide a nice way of marking your progress and can give you something to work towards and aim for. Sweet Symphony has an excellent exam pass-rate.

Sweet Symphony students use the Trinity College, Rock & Pop and RGT exam syllabuses for our practical exams, and the ABRSM syllabus for theory exams. There are four main exam sessions throughout the year – Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Students will only be entered for exams when their teacher is happy that they are at the required level.
