Student of the Month January 2026: Katie McC. (Violin)

Some students make steady progress… and some arrive with real focus and momentum right from the start.

Katie has been doing exactly that.

Since beginning her violin lessons with us in August last year, she has quickly settled into the structure of our Violin Roadmap and is already making fantastic strides forward. In just a few months, she has earned an incredible five wristbands – a brilliant achievement that reflects not just ability, but commitment.

Progress like this doesn’t happen by chance.

It’s built through consistent, thoughtful practice each week, taking on feedback, and showing up ready to improve. Katie has clearly been putting in that work, and it’s showing in her playing, her confidence, and the speed at which she’s moving through her milestones.

We’re so pleased to be able to recognise her efforts with our January Student of the Month award. It’s a lovely example of what can happen when dedication meets a clear, structured pathway.
