We know life can get busy, and regular weekly lessons aren’t always possible — that’s why we’re excited to offer our Flexi-Lessons.

With our flexible, pre-paid lesson packages, you can enjoy music lessons on your schedule, without the commitment of a fixed weekly time.

Choose from packages of 3, 5 or 10 lessons and book in whenever it suits you best. No more paying for monthly tuition when you can’t attend regularly – Flexi-Lessons are ideal for those with unpredictable schedules, shift work, or changing availability.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to fine-tune your skills, these packages give you the freedom to learn at your own pace.

How it Works:

Flexi-Lessons can be booked only when a space becomes available due to one of our regular students cancelling their lesson.

This means:

Lesson times are not fixed or guaranteed
Availability may vary from week to week
Bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis

Once you’ve purchased a Flexi-Lesson package, your lessons are held as credits on your account and used whenever you successfully book a session.

Please note

Flexi-Lessons do not guarantee a place on our teaching schedule.
They work best for students who are happy to be flexible and understand that lessons are dependent on last-minute timetable gaps.

If you’re looking for a guaranteed weekly slot and consistent progress week-to-week, our regular lesson programme is likely to be a better fit.

How do I book a package of Flexi-Lessons?

Are Flexi-Lessons suitable for beginners?

Flexi-Lessons aren’t something we’d usually recommend for complete beginners. New students tend to benefit far more from regular weekly lessons, where skills can be built consistently and good practice habits can be established early on.
Flexi-Lessons are generally better suited to students with some prior experience, or those returning to an instrument who are happy working more independently between lessons.

What happens if no Flexi-Lesson slots become available for a while?

Because Flexi-Lessons rely on timetable gaps created by cancellations, there may be quieter periods where fewer slots are available. Your lesson credits remain on your account until used, and you’re never forced to book at a time that doesn’t work for you.

How do I book a Flexi-Lesson?

Once you’ve purchased a package of 3, 5 or 10 lessons, your lessons are added as credits to your account. When a Flexi-Lesson slot becomes available, you can book it on a first-come, first-served basis if the time suits you.

I’ve booked a Flexi-Lesson and then realised I can’t make that time – will I get the lesson back?

No. Once a Flexi-Lesson has been booked, the booking is final. If you’re unable to attend, unfortunately that lesson will be lost and can’t be credited back to your account.
Because Flexi-Lesson slots are created by last-minute timetable gaps, we’re unable to move or refund these bookings.
